Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting our small business. Every resin cutting board is handcrafted with care, and we strive to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase.

Refunds

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we only offer refunds if requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

To request a cancellation and refund, please email harpersboards@outlook.com within 24 hours of your purchase and include:

• Your order number

• Your full name

• The reason for your request (optional)

If your request is received within the 24-hour period and production has not progressed beyond the initial stages, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Requests received after the 24-hour cancellation window are not eligible for a refund, as materials and production may have already begun.

Returns

As each cutting board is handmade specifically for each order, we do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect size or design selected by the customer

• Minor variations in wood grain, resin patterns, colour, or natural characteristics, as these are part of the unique handcrafted nature of each piece.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing harpersboards@outlook.com.

Please include:

• Your order number

• A description of the issue

• Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will review your claim and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or refund.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or we made an error with your order.
