Welcome to Harper's Boards. By placing an order through our website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Handmade Products

Every resin cutting board is individually handcrafted. As each piece is made by hand, no two boards are identical. Natural variations in wood grain, resin patterns, colours, and finish are normal and are not considered defects.

2. Production & Turnaround Time

All products are made to order.

By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that production and fulfillment may take up to 45 days before your order is shipped. During busy periods, unexpected supply delays, or high order volumes, production may exceed 45 days.

Delivery times provided by shipping carriers are estimates only and are outside of our control.

3. No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.

Because each cutting board is handmade specifically for your order, products are not eligible for returns or refundsexcept where required by applicable consumer law or where the item arrives damaged or an incorrect product is sent.

Please review our Return & Refund Policy before purchasing.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

After this period, materials may have been ordered or production may have begun, and the order cannot be cancelled.

5. Chargebacks

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Return & Refund Policy.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated for a purchase that complies with these policies, Harper's Boards reserves the right to provide evidence to the payment processor, including these Terms of Service, the Return & Refund Policy, order records, shipping information, production records, customer communications, and proof that the customer accepted these terms during checkout.

6. Product Use

Our cutting boards are intended for normal household use. Customers are responsible for following any care instructions provided.

Improper use, misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear are not covered by any replacement or refund policy.

7. Shipping

Once your order has been shipped, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the customer. While we carefully package every order, shipping delays caused by the courier are outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied during checkout.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Harper's Boards shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the purchase or use of our products.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will take effect once published on our website.
