Thank you for shopping with Harper's Boards. Every resin cutting board is handcrafted to order, and we appreciate your patience while we create your piece.

Production Time

All products are handmade to order.

Please allow up to 45 days for production before your order is shipped. During periods of high demand, holidays, or unforeseen delays, production may take longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been dispatched, shipping generally takes 1–2 weeks depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Please note that some deliveries may take longer than 2 weeks due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather events, peak holiday periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping time estimates are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Shipping Delays

While we do everything possible to dispatch orders promptly after production, Harper's Boards is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other events outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately at harpersboards@outlook.com. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect address may be the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at harpersboards@outlook.com as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and determine the most appropriate resolution.
